52-Week Payroll Option: Everything You Need to Know About Weekly Pay

Sprout Payroll will give an option for weekly payroll computation, allowing clients to choose between:

• A 52-week basis of calculation
  • Weekly Salary = (Monthly Basic Salary * 12) / 52 weeks
    
    
  • Once Weekly is selected on Periods per Month under Company Set up or;
    
    The current monthly / 4-week method
  • The computation type
    
• Regardless of the selected option, the same weekly tax table available in the system will still be used.
