# Agent Analytics FAQs

### **Frequently Asked Questions**

#### **What is Agent Analytics?**

Agent Analytics is an admin-only dashboard that provides insights into how Sidekick and its agents are being used across your company.

It helps you monitor:

- Adoption
- Automation impact
- Reliability
- Performance trends

#### **Is Agent Analytics real-time?**

No. Analytics are processed daily. Logs from the previous day are updated every 12:00 AM.

#### **What metrics are available in Agent Analytics?**

| **Metric** | **What It Tells You** |
| --- | --- |
| **Messages** | How often employees interact with the agent |
| **Transactions** | Number of tasks successfully completed (automation volume) |
| **Unique Active Users** | Adoption and reach across employees |
| **Task Completion Rate** | Reliability and success rate of task execution |
| **Response Time** | How quickly employees receive answers |
| **Response History** | Actual message logs sent to Sidekick (by employee ID) |

#### **What agents can I filter by?**

You can currently filter by:

- Sidekick
- Concierge
- Custom Concierge agents (if applicable)

#### **How do I view analytics for a specific agent?**

1. Go to **Agent Analytics**.
2. Select the agent (Sidekick, Concierge, or custom Concierge agents).
3. Choose your desired date range.

#### **Is personal information visible in analytics?**

No. Personal identifiable information (PII) and other sensitive data are redacted by default.

#### **How can Agent Analytics help admins?**

Agent Analytics helps you:

- Measure employee adoption
- Identify underutilized agents
- Track automation impact
- Monitor performance trends
- Make data-driven rollout decisions

#### **Can I download analytics reports?**

Yes. To download a report:

1. Select the agent.
2. Choose the date range.
3. Click **Download Report**.

You will receive a downloadable summary of the response history.

#### **What is included in the downloaded report?**

The report contains a summary of the selected agent’s response history within the chosen date range.
