Agent Analytics is an admin-only dashboard that provides insights into how Sidekick and its agents are being used across your company.
It helps you monitor:
- Adoption
- Automation impact
- Reliability
- Performance trends
Is Agent Analytics real-time?
No. Analytics are processed daily. Logs from the previous day are updated every 12:00 AM.
What metrics are available in Agent Analytics?

What agents can I filter by?
You can currently filter by:
- Sidekick
- Concierge
- Custom Concierge agents (if applicable)
How do I view analytics for a specific agent?
- Go to Agent Analytics.
- Select the agent (Sidekick, Concierge, or custom Concierge agents).
- Choose your desired date range.
Is personal information visible in analytics?
No. Personal identifiable information (PII) and other sensitive data are redacted by default.
How can Agent Analytics help admins?
Agent Analytics helps you:

Can I download analytics reports?
Yes. To download a report:
- Select the agent.
- Choose the date range.
- Click Download Report.
You will receive a downloadable summary of the response history.
What is included in the downloaded report?
The report contains a summary of the selected agent’s response history within the chosen date range.
