This gives you full control over which AI-powered features your employees can access. #### **What is the difference between agent-level and feature-level controls?** | **Level** | **Description** | **Example** | | --- | --- | --- | | Agent-level (Toggle) | Turns the entire agent on or off | Disable the Attendance agent completely | | Feature-level (Manage) | Enables or disables specific capabilities within an agent | Enable COA filing but disable leave filing | If all features under an agent are turned off, the entire agent is automatically disabled. #### **Which agents can be toggled on or off?** You can toggle all agents except for Sprout Info as it is enabled by default and cannot be disabled. However, Concierge and custom agents are standalone and currently separate from Sidekick. #### **Which agents support feature-level management?** You can manage features inside these agents: - Attendance - Payslip - Records #### **What features can I manage under each agent?** | **Agent** | **Feature** | | --- | --- | | Attendance | - Attendance logs - COA filing - COA request history - Employee schedule - Leave credits - Timekeeping | | Payslip | - Payslip reports | | Records | - COE request - Employee information | #### **What happens if I enable a feature but the agent is disabled?** If the main agent toggle is OFF, the feature will still not be accessible — even if the feature-level toggle is ON. Both must be enabled for employees to access a capability. #### **What happens if I disable all features under an agent?** If all feature-level toggles are turned OFF, the system automatically disables the entire agent. #### **How do I enable or disable an agent?** 1. Go to the **Added** tab. 2. Locate the agent. 3. Switch the main toggle ON or OFF. #### **How do I manage specific features inside an agent?** 1. Go to the **Added** tab. 2. Find the agent you want to manage. 3. Click the **kebab icon (⁝)**. 4. Select **Manage**. 5. Toggle features ON or OFF. *Want real-time responses?
