# API Payroll Service Developer Gateway

The Payroll API enables businesses to retrieve processed payroll data, generate reports, and manage payroll adjustments. This API is useful for integrating payroll information into accounting, financial planning, or ERP systems.

##### **Key Capabilities:**

- Basic Salary
- De Minimis
- Absent/Late Deductions
- Allowances
- Government Contributions for both Employee and Employer Share
- SSS
- Philhealth
- PAGIBIG (HDMF)
- Gross Pay
- Net Pay
- And other compensation and deductions added to the employees in a payroll run.

**External Adjustments API**

This service provides you the ability to insert one-time adjustments that will be included to the employees as deduction or earnings in a payroll run.

The following information must be provided in Sprout Payroll:

- Adjustment Type
- Adjustment Name
- Adjustment Code
- Amount (accepts positive and negative values)
- Remarks
- Applied Before Tax (Yes or No)
- Taxable (Yes or No)
