In case an employee forgets to check the log mode upon clocking in/out, administrators can rectify this by performing the following steps:

Step 1: Navigate to the Attendance Manager page under Administration Tools and select the filters to be applied in generating the biologs.

Step 2: In the biologs list, find the row corresponding to the log you want to edit. Look for the edit icon next to it. Click on the edit icon, and a modal will appear, allowing you to modify the log mode.

Step 5: If the 'project tagging' feature is enabled and you have selected an IN log mode, you can further tag the log to a specific project.

  • Click the Project dropdown to display all the projects assigned to the selected Employee.
  • Choose the relevant project from the dropdown list. You can only select one project for the log.
  • If you wish to remove a project tagged to the login of the Employee, simply click on the trash bin icon.
