We are constantly making improvements to ensure that our solutions are as user-friendly as possible. Now, Sprout HR can automatically validate if the username already exists in the system, and it will automatically identify a duplicate username and rename it as username+number.
For example, you have an existing employee with the username SMckenzy. In the event that you add another employee who has the same initials and last name (ex: Sarah Mckenzy), the system will auto-generate a username SMckenzy1 or a number based on the chronological order.
