I am having all my managers review the competencies their employees are currently being rated against. Is there an available list of Competencies and their descriptions I can provide them instead of giving them access in the system?
Yes! The Detailed Positions report under Reports > Company will display each position, the competencies, level descriptions, and weights assigned.
To get a list, here's a guide:
1. On the Navigation Tab, go to Reports and select Company.
2. Click Detailed Positions
It displays each position and the Competencies, level descriptions and weightings assigned to the position.
