# Daily Attendance Dashboard: Filtering Tiles

In the *Daily Attendance Dashboard* on Sprout Insight, you may be able to generate and export from the different tiles.

#### Dashboard Tile

To export/download a *Dashboard* tile:

1. From the upper right of the tile you wish to export, click on the ellipses (...)
2. Select *Export data* from the expanded option.
3. Select the file format (either .xlsx or .csv)
4. Click on *Export

#### Filters Tile

Note: Select from the available filters depends on the desired output. Below are just some of the possible results from using the filters.

1. From **Filters** \> **Department**, select one or more **Department**
2. Click on the eraser icon above the Department filter to reset back the data to default

Tips: To select multiple values in the Filters, hold the Control (*CTRL*) key then click on the desired values

### Attendance per Department per Attendance Status using the Filter

1. From **Filters** \> **Department**, select one or more value then from **Filters** \> **Attendance Status**, select one or more value
2. Click on the eraser icon above the **Department** and **Attendance Status** to reset the data back to default

Tips: To select multiple values in the Filters, hold the Control (*CTRL*) key then click on the desired values. 

#### Departments Tile

### Attendance per Department per Attendance Status through Department tile table

1. From **Department** tile, click on one or more desired **Status** on the same row of the desired **Department**
2. Click on anywhere in the Department tile to reset back the data to default
3. Hover the mouse to any value in the Tile to see the actual and complete data

Tips: To select multiple values, hold the Control (*CTRL*) key then click on the desired values

#### Late Employees Tile

### Attendance per Department through Late Employee tile table

1. From **Late Employees** tile, click on one or more data in the table. **Note:** This will only filter the late employees under the **Departments**
2. Re-click anywhere on the **Late Employees** tile to reset back the data to default
3. Hover the mouse to any value in the tile to see the actual and complete data

#### Employee List Tile

1. From the **Employee List** tile, click on or more data in the table.
2. Re-click anywhere on the **Employee List** tile to reset back the data to default.
3. Hover the mouse to any value in the tile to see the actual and complete data.
