Email-Based MFAs: Requesting a New OTP
If ever a user has not yet received their OTP (One-Time password) in their inbox or the last OTP received has already expired, they may be able to request a new OTP.

1. From the OTP page, click Request a new OTP.
2. In the Request for a new OTP message that appears, click Confirm.
A success message is displayed indicating the number of remaining OTP requests you have left, and a new OTP is sent to your registered primary email address:
