Email-Based MFAs: Requesting a New OTP
If ever a user has not yet received their OTP (One-Time password) in their inbox or the last OTP received has already expired, they may be able to request a new OTP. A maximum of 5 OTPs can be requested and on the 6th attempt, the account will be locked.

1. From the OTP page, click Request a new OTP.
2. In the Request for a new OTP message that appears, click Confirm.
A success message is displayed indicating the number of remaining OTP requests you have left and a new OTP is sent to your registered primary mobile number.
