The Emergency Loan adjustment type is not yet available in the system. A request to add this as a separate adjustment type has already been raised to our Product Team and is currently under review.
At this time, we do not have a confirmed release date as the enhancement is still undergoing evaluation, testing, and validation. We will share updates once it becomes available.
Temporary Workaround
While the enhancement is still in progress, you may:
- Select Calamity Loan as the adjustment type.
- Indicate "Emergency Loan" in the adjustment name or remarks field for tracking purposes.
This will allow you to process and identify Emergency Loan adjustments until the dedicated adjustment type is released.
Note: This workaround will not affect payroll computation and is intended only for identification and tracking purposes.
