No. Progress emails — the invite, the reminders, and any request to re-upload — go only to the new hire. Supervisors are recorded against the new hire for your own tracking, but they aren't emailed. ### Can we export the onboarding history ourselves? Not today — the trail is view-only inside Command Centre. If you need a formal record — for a privacy investigation or a dispute, for example — contact Sprout Support and we'll produce it for you. ### Does this cover equipment, IT accounts, or security clearance? No. This covers document collection, verification, and creating the employee record. Laptops, corporate email accounts, and similar IT setup stay in your existing processes. ### Does it handle employees outside the Philippines? Not today — the document types and consent forms are Philippines-specific. Non-Philippines new hires should continue through your existing process. ### Does the system read the documents for us? Not today. Your team reads values off the scan while reviewing, and the new hire types their own government ID numbers. ### Can we nudge a new hire outside the reminder schedule? Not from the product — there's no "remind now" button. The three reminders before the start date run on their own; beyond that, reach out to the new hire directly. Resending the invite isn't a nudge — it changes their PIN. ### Do reminders keep going after someone's start date? No. Automatic reminders stop there. The new hire stays visible to you as overdue, so the signal isn't lost — it just stops arriving in their inbox. ### Are there text-message reminders? No. Email only. ### Can we change the wording of the reminder emails? Not today — the copy is the same for every client. ### Can we require documents to be re-collected when they expire? No. This covers collecting and verifying documents up to the point someone becomes an employee. Anything with an expiry date stays in your existing processes. ### Can new hires see their own history? No. They see their checklist and their statuses, and your reason on anything you've sent back.
