As part of Sprout's strict compliance with the Data Privacy Act and in protecting employee information, Sprout will generate a default password in an Employee's profile that is more complex.
It is a combination of the initial of first name (capital letter) + initial of last name (capital letter) + first 3 digits of TIN+ birth year
Simply go to the Employees tab and click the 'Edit' button.
