[Finances Admin Dashboard](https://guide.sprout.ph/sprout-finances?hsLang=en#finances-admin-dashboard) # Finances Admin Dashboard The Finances Dashboard is your central hub for managing both ReadyCash and ReadyWage applications. As we continue to provide convenient means for employees to request, receive, and withdraw funds without any paperwork involved, there is a need to be able to **monitor** and **manage** such extensive transactions. We’ve provided a dashboard that provides means of data reconciliation between Sprout and its partners, easing the burden of the admin themselves, and strengthening partnerships.  Through this dashboard you can: - **Monitor ReadyCash and ReadyWage Withdrawals** - Comprehensive view of all employee ReadyCash and ReadyWage applications. - Access details such as request status, request details and breakdowns, and disbursement dates. - **Overall View of ReadyCash and ReadyWage Usage** - View the number of requests and withdrawals requested by employees and the status of each withdrawal. - Monitor the total outstanding balance the company owes to Sprout - **Filter and Search Withdrawal Details** - Filter transaction and withdrawal details by date requested, request status, and employee status - Search by employee name, email, and reference code **How can I access the Finances Dashboard?** To access this feature, Admins must submit a [Change Request Form](https://forms.zohopublic.com/SproutSolutions/form/ChangeRequestFormVer2/formperma/IlOuDBJ2E8bTJAvbM4O92_YVFjB47K73o_O9q4r23oc) and provide a list of employees they wish to grant access to the Finances Admin Dashboard. Access can be granted to all employee types, with no restrictions on the minimum or maximum number of users.​ Learn how to access the ReadyCash and ReadyWage Admin Dashboard through the steps below.  ***Note: You must be a nominated user to access the Finances Dashboard.*** 1. Login to Sprout HR. 2. Depending on your access level, it can be accessed by one of the following methods: 1. View the total amount borrowed by your employees and their **ReadyCash transactions.** **ReadyWage** 1.
