# General Workforce Dashboard

**General Workforce Dashboard** provides insight on the characteristics of a company's workforce. Users can track the total headcount of active employees as well as the gender percentage, average age, average tenure, employee type, civil status, and employment status. Users can also track the age distribution of workforce and tenure.

**General Workforce Dashboard in detail**

General Workforce Dashboard is composed of nine tiles which represents the filtered data. The dashboard refreshes on regular interval (Daily at 11PM).
