# General Workforce Dashboard: The Basics

The General Workforce Dashboard tiles is designed with 9 different tiles where you may be able to view, generate, and download information. Keep on reading to know more about these tiles and how you can navigate through these!

#### Dashboard Tile

To export/download a Dashboard tile:

1. From the upper right of the tile you wish to export, click on the ellipsis (...)
2. Select *"Export Data"*  from the expanded option
3. Select the file format (either .xlsx or .csv)
4. Click on *Export

#### Filters Tile

**Note:** Select from the available filters depends on the desired output. Below are just some of the possible results from using the filters.

### Headcount per Department

1. Click on eraser icon above the *Department* filter to reset back the data to default.
2. To select multiple values, hold the Control (*CTRL*) key then click on the desired values.

### Headcount per Company per Department

From *Filters \> Company*, select one or more value then from *Filters \> Department*, select one or more value.

1. Click on eraser icon above the *Company* and *Department* filter to reset back the data to default.
2. To select multiple values, hold the Control (*CTRL*) key then click on the desired values.

#### Total Employees Tile

### Headcount per Year

From *Total Employees* tile, click on one or multiple Year value.

1. Re-click on the *Total Employees* tile to reset back the data to default.
2. To select multiple values, hold the Control (*CTRL*) key then click on the desired values.
3. Hover the mouse to any value in the tile to see the actual and complete data.

#### Employee Type Tile

### Headcount per Employee Type

From *Employee Type* tile, click on one or more values.

1. Re-click on the *Employee Type* tile to reset back the data to default.
2. To select multiple values, hold the Control (*CTRL*) key then click on the desired values.
3. Hover the mouse to any value in the tile to see the actual and complete data.

#### Civil Status Tile

### Headcount per Civil Status

From *Civil Status* tile, click on one or more values.

1. Re-click on the *Civil Status* tile to reset back the data to default.
2. To select multiple values, hold the Control (*CTRL*) key then click on the desired values.
3. Hover the mouse to any value in the tile to see the actual and complete data.

#### Department Tile

### Headcount per Department

From *Department* tile, click on one or more desired *Department*.

1. Re-click on the *Department* tile to reset back the data to default.
2. To select multiple values, hold the Control (*CTRL*) key then click on the desired values.
3. Hover the mouse to any value in the tile to see the actual and complete data.

#### Age Distribution Tile

### Headcount per Age Distribution

From *Age Distribution* tile, click on one or more value.

1. Re-click on the *Age Distribution* tile to reset back the data to default.
2. To select multiple values, hold the Control (*CTRL*) key then click on the desired values.
3. Hover the mouse to any value in the tile to see the actual and complete data.

#### Employment Status Tile

### Headcount per Employment Status

From *Employment Status* tile, click on one or more value.

1. Re-click on the *Employment Status* tile to reset back the data to default.
2. To select multiple values, hold the Control (CTRL) key then click on the desired values.
3. Hover the mouse to any value in the tile to see the actual and complete data.

#### Tenure Tile

### Headcount per Tenure

From *Tenure* tile, click on one or more value.

1.   Re-click on the *Tenure* tile to reset back the data to default.

2.   To select multiple values, hold the Control (*CTRL*) key then click on the desired values.

3.   Hover the mouse to any value in the tile to see the actual and complete data.

#### Employee List Tile

### Highlight employee details

From *Employee List* tile, click on one or more data in the table.

1. Re-click anywhere on the *Employee List* tile to reset back the data to default.
2. To select multiple values, hold the Control (*CTRL*) key then click on the desired values.
3. Hover the mouse to any value in the tile to see the actual and complete data.
