How Can I Request Access to Sprout Insight?

Sprout Insight can only be accessed by users with Sprout HR. Just click on the Company tab and on the Insight button. 

The users who are eligible to have Sprout Insight are only those with the following settings in their Sprout HR Access Level:

Users who have an Access Level setup other than those listed above cannot be given access to Sprout Insight, e.g. users with Employee dashboard type.

In Sprout Insight, users can choose from two sets of reports, depending if the users are allowed access to critical payroll information.

The first set, the All-Access Dashboard, will contain all the reports available in Sprout Insight. On the other hand, the Limited-Access Dashboard will only include reports without payroll information, such as Daily Attendance, Absenteeism, Headcount, and Attrition.

Regardless of which dashboard set the users choose, the records that will reflect on Sprout Insight will still follow the Viewing set in Sprout HR.

For example, a user with Direct Reports with access to the All-Access dashboard will have all reports but only with records of employees reporting to her.
