Simple, secure access to your Sprout account. Sprout Mobile gives you secure access to your account through two authentication methods, depending on your company’s setup:
- Sprout Auth – traditional sign-in using your email/username and password
- Login via Eco – Single Sign-On (SSO) for a faster, seamless login experience
Logging In
- Open the Sprout HR Mobile App on your device.
- Enter your company’s Sprout HR URL (e.g.,
sprout.hrhub.ph) and tap Next.
- You will be redirected to your organization’s login page, which supports only one login method, depending on your company’s configuration:
If your organization is SSO-enabled, you’ll be directed to sign in via your identity provider (e.g., Google or Microsoft)
If SSO is not enabled, you’ll see the standard Sprout Auth login screen where you’ll enter your email/username and password.
- Authenticate using the method provided.
- Once authenticated, you’ll be redirected to your dashboard.
Tip: If SSO is not enabled, you can enable Biometric Authentication (Face ID or fingerprint) — if your device supports it — by navigating to Settings via the ☰ Menu icon in the top-left corner.
This lets you log in using biometrics instead of your password the next time you sign in — perfect for companies without SSO.
NOTE:
Login via Eco (SSO on Mobile) offers improved security and convenience — you don’t need to manage multiple credentials. If you're not yet SSO-enabled and would like to use this feature, please contact your HR Admin for assistance.
Logging Out
- From your dashboard, tap the menu icon (☰) in the top-left corner.
- Scroll down and tap Logout.
- You’ll be logged out and redirected to the URL entry screen.
- To log in again, re-enter your company’s Sprout HR URL and follow the steps above.
