[Other Policies](https://guide.sprout.ph/sprout-hr?hsLang=en#other-policies) # How to Activate Default Leave Plans Vacation, Sick, and Birthday Leaves are automatically added to the system with the Default Leave Plan. These automatically assign all regular and probationary employees into the plan including new hires. You just simply need to activate these leave types. Here's how:  1\.
