[Company Profile](https://guide.sprout.ph/sprout-hr?hsLang=en#company-profile) # How to Add a Company Logo in Sprout HR   Perhaps, one of the more crucial aspects of every single company profile on Sprout HR lies in something as simple as putting a company logo. On Sprout HR, the company logo is used for form templates and can be seen when you checkout company details under the Maintenance tab. How does one add a company logo? Follow the simple steps below:   1\. Under the Maintenance tab on your dashboard, click on the drop-down list and click Company from the list that appears.   ![](https://guide.sprout.ph/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Jun-11-2025-05-37-24-3916-AM.png?width=191&height=300&name=image-png-Jun-11-2025-05-37-24-3916-AM.png)   2\. If there are multiple companies under your profile, click on the drop down arrow on the topmost field and select the company you wish to add a logo on.   ![](https://guide.sprout.ph/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Jun-11-2025-05-37-48-7334-AM.png?width=550&height=155&name=image-png-Jun-11-2025-05-37-48-7334-AM.png)   3\. Once the page refreshes to your desired company, click on the Choose File button.    ![](https://guide.sprout.ph/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Jun-11-2025-05-38-16-2106-AM.png?width=670&height=183&name=image-png-Jun-11-2025-05-38-16-2106-AM.png)   4\. This will prompt the My Computer Window to pop up, where you can select the location of the photo file and the logo itself for uploading. Once you have found and selected it, click on the Open button.   ![](https://guide.sprout.ph/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Jun-11-2025-05-39-09-3696-AM.png?width=663&height=427&name=image-png-Jun-11-2025-05-39-09-3696-AM.png)   5\. The photo will upload and reflect on the profile. Do not forget to click on the Save button.      ![](https://guide.sprout.ph/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Jun-11-2025-05-39-27-3338-AM.png?width=410&height=391&name=image-png-Jun-11-2025-05-39-27-3338-AM.png)   *Want real-time responses?
