# How to Add Company Image in Payslip

Payslips can be customized to add your company logos. For more details, you may refer to our article here: [How to Add Company Logo in Payslip](https://guide.sprout.ph/how-to-add-company-logo-in-payslip?hsLang=en)

However, in the event that the above-mentioned steps do not seem to work out for you, there may be another way on how you may add the company logo to the payslips of your employees. Want to know how? Just keep on reading.

1\. Look for an Image via Google Search for *\<company name\>* or go to its website.

2\. Hover over the company image. Then, right-click on the image you want to insert and click Copy Image Address.

3\. Go to Set-Up \> Company \> Profile \> Payslip Report Settings \> Customize \> Insert \> Image

![](https://guide.sprout.ph/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Jun-17-2025-05-44-59-1793-AM.png?width=431&height=371&name=image-png-Jun-17-2025-05-44-59-1793-AM.png)

4\. Insert an Image then paste the link you copied. Then. resize it to your desired width and height.

5\. Once done, kindly save the payslip format and the company logo in your payslip shall now be updated.

![](https://guide.sprout.ph/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Jun-17-2025-05-46-37-4796-AM.png?width=440&height=650&name=image-png-Jun-17-2025-05-46-37-4796-AM.png)

Just a little note! Saving the photo in your local drive or Google Drive will not be captured when you insert it as the image would need to come from an **online source***.*

There you have it! You now have the company logo printed on your payslips.
