[Add/Edit/Delete Employees](https://guide.sprout.ph/sprout-hr?hsLang=en#add-edit-delete-employees) # How to Add/Edit Contact Information via Employee Profile The Contact Information tab of the employees in Sprout HR plays an important role when setting up the profile of the employee. Aside from the reference of Admins, the Contact Information is required to be filled out to ensure that the admins can successfully save the profiles and to make sure that any approvals/attendance applications or reset password emails are sent to the correct Email Address of the employees.  In this article, we will provide a step-by-step guide on how to add/edit these fields.  1\. Once done filling this out, you may proceed to save the profile.
