How to Check the 13th Month Pay Settings

To check the settings of your 13th Month Pay on Sprout Payroll, click on the Setup tab on the Navigation toolbar. Select Company, and click on Profile from the drop-down list.

Under Payroll Computation, select 13th Month Pay.

Computation type will tell how the system calculates the 13th Month Pay.

Prorated / Advance is used if the policy is Total Basic Pay in a year divide 12

Deduct Absent and Deduct Late/Undertime means the system will deduct all absent or late/undertime on the selected cutoff

Under Optional, we can select other types or sources of income so that system will include these in the computation. Currently, the default income is Basic pay only.
