# How to check who Started their Appraisal?

Need to know who has started their yearly review?

It's crucial to track employee performance appraisals to make sure they get done on time. The biggest time-waster is manually checking everyone's status.

Instead, you need one simple report that tells you exactly who has started the process. This guide shows you how to find the essential Report so you can instantly see who **"Started"** and who still needs a nudge.

The Cycle Status report will show which employees have started their appraisal, as well as other steps that have been completed, such as marking ready, merging, and routing (if applicable).

Click the "**Started**" checkbox from the report wizard so that column will appear on the report.
