Having Trouble with the Mobile App? Here’s What to Do

When experiencing issues with the Sprout Mobile app, two of the most effective troubleshooting steps—aside from reinstalling the app—are clearing the app’s cache and ensuring your device’s date and time are set automatically. Here’s how you can do both:

For iPhone users

1. On your device, go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage:

2. Select the Sprout Mobile app from the App list or use the search function:

3. Then tap "Offload App".

Once done, you will notice that the App will ask you to reinstall it to access it again, so just reinstall it:

For Android users

1. On your device, go to Settings > scroll down to the Apps menu:

2. Select the Sprout Mobile app from the App list or use the search function:

3. Under the usage section, click on Storage before selecting Clear cache and Clear data

Note: Make sure to clear both cache and data.

4. Check your device’s Date and Time settings
Make sure your device is set to use the correct time automatically.

  • For Android: Go to Settings → System → Date & Time, then turn on Use network-provided time.

  • For iOS: Go to Settings → General → Date & Time, then enable Set Automatically.

After the steps have been done, simply launch the application and access the app again.
