here would be instances when you no longer wish to make use of a certain Form Template. Decluttering your templates is as easy as clicking a button!
Step 1: Navigate to the Form Template module under the Maintenance menu.
Step 2: Click on the “Delete” button on the same row of the template you wish to delete.
Step 3: A prompt will be shown asking for deletion confirmation, click on the “Ok” button.
Step 4:A prompt will be shown as a confirmation of the successful deletion of the template. Click on the “Ok” button.
The template should be deleted and you should be redirected back to the main page of the Form Template.
