This can be done via ***My Stuff Panel*** or ***My Request/Approvals Tab,*** and the request will go to your supervisor immediately. But, what if your schedule crosses over to another day? How do you submit a COA or OB for this situation? Here’s how! Take a look at the sample images below as an example: **Certificate of Attendance (COA):** The *Certificate of Attendance* application serves as a substitute for the biometric logs. This is usually filed if there is a malfunction in the biometric device which causes an employee not to be able to use the device. This also substitutes as their logs for the day.
