How to Generate an Overtime Report for Resigned Employees?

Are you trying to pull historical data for a team member who has already left the company, but their name isn't showing up?

By default, the system restricts certain report generation for inactive profiles. To successfully generate an Overtime (OT) report for a resigned employee, you will need to temporarily adjust their employment status.

To ensure the system correctly pulls the data, follow these quick steps:

  1. Temporarily Update Status: Go to the employee's profile and temporarily change their Employment Status back to an active status, such as "Probationary" or "Regular."

Here’s how to Update the Employment Status on the Employee Profile.

  2. Generate the Report: Once the profile is temporarily active, navigate to the reporting module and generate the required OT report for your specific date range. For a detailed walkthrough on this step, you can follow our standard guide: How to Generate an Overtime Report.

  3. Revert and Secure Records: Immediately after downloading the report, change the employee's status back to "Resigned" to ensure your active headcount and company records remain accurate.

Just follow the steps above so you don't have to worry about generating reports for resigned employees.
