Did you know that the BIR 2316 can be downloaded in Sprout HR by the employees? With this enhanced feature, Payroll Admins will no longer download the BIR 2316 and send it to the employees manually.  So, how can you download this in HR, and what does it look like? First, you need to make sure that the BIR 2316 is posted in Sprout Payroll. This is a requirement before it appears in Sprout HR. Click the Download button corresponding to BIR 2316.
