# How to Record Manually Computed Final Pay in Sprout Payroll

A *Final Pay* payroll type is an additional payroll run that is usually used by payroll admins if there are employees who are for last pay processing. In the KB article, [Different Payroll Types in Sprout](https://guide.sprout.ph/different-payroll-types-in-sprout-payroll?hsLang=en)Payroll, we’ve discussed the Final Pay and Final Pay-Part Time payroll run type. 

However, you might wonder how to record manually computed final pay in Sprout Payroll?

Basically, you just have to input the amount reflected in your manual computation, and then, for the government contribution and tax set up, you may just set all to "NO."

Then, you will have to upload all payroll items included on your manual computation such as Basic, 13th Month Pay, SSS/PHIC/HDMF, W/tax etc.

Either via **Adjustments Tab**:

Please ensure that in your Final Pay Computation in Company Profile exclude the 13th Month Pay Computation. Check in Setup\>Company\>Profile
