Have you generated the BIR 2316, and noticed any misalignment? If so, don't worry – we've got you covered! Please follow the instructions below to resolve the issue.

Currently, the system is unable to accommodate long addresses. In the meantime, we recommend shortening the address in your Payroll Profile to avoid any misalignment on the BIR 2316 form.
To do this, click Setup > Company > Profile > Address in Sprout Payroll.
In the meantime, kindly cut the address into 2 lines. The format could be:
Address 1: Floor/Bldg/Street
Address 2: Barangay/City
The maximum number of characters should be 60 including the spaces to avoid misaligning of letters. You may try using abbreviations for addresses of more than 60 characters.
