Have you encountered the error message: ***"Sorry, Something Went Wrong. Cookie not found, Please make sure cookies are enabled in your browser"*** while trying to access Sprout HR on your laptop, desktop, or mobile device? Don't worry! Cookies are small pieces of data stored in your web browser by websites you visit. They allow the website to remember your preferences, login information, and other customizations for a smoother browsing experience. While enabling cookies is optional, trusted sites like Sprout HR may need them to function properly and offer personalized user experiences. If you're facing this error, it simply means that your browser has cookies disabled, which prevents Sprout System from storing necessary data. But don’t fret — you can easily enable cookies in your browser by following the simple steps below. #### **Steps to Enable Cookies** #### **For Google Chrome Users (Desktop)** 1. Open Chrome. 2. In the top right corner, click the three vertical dots (More) \> **Settings**. 3. Scroll down to **Privacy and Security**, and select **Site Settings**. 4. Click on **Cookies and site data**. 5.
