How to Set Up COE Template in Record Agents?

Setting Up COE Template

Setting up the COE template is required before employees can generate their COEs. There’s no more need to manually input employee details, as these will be automatically retrieved by Sidekick.

  1. Click the : then Configure tab.
      
  2.  Upload your company logo 
      
  3. Enter the required signatory details (e.g. admin name, job title, email, contact number, company address).
      
  4. Enter your company landline number (Optional).
  5. Upload the signatory’s signature (Optional).
    Note: If no signature is uploaded, a system-generated note will appear in the document stating that it is valid for official use.
  6. Click Save Template.
      
  7. Once you’re done, switch on the toggle to enable Concierge. This allows users to interact with it.

Note: You will not be able to enable Records if you have not completed your setup. Also, any changes made to the template will be reflected in real time.
