[Records Agent](https://guide.sprout.ph/sprout-sidekick?hsLang=en#records-agent) # How to Set Up the COE Template in Records Agent? ### **Setting Up COE Template** Setting up the COE template is required before employees can generate their COEs. There’s no more need to manually input employee details, as these will be automatically retrieved by Sidekick. 1. Indicate your company landline number (Optional). 5. Upload the signatory’s signature (Optional). **Note: If no signature is uploaded, a system-generated note will appear in the document stating that it is valid for official use.** 6. Once you’re done, switch on the toggle to enable the Records agent. This allows users to interact with it. **Note: You will not be able to activate Records if you have not completed your setup.
