[Assets, Visas, Benefits Types, Loans](https://guide.sprout.ph/sprout-hr?hsLang=en#assets-visas-benefits-types-loans) # How to Upload Documents to the Employee Profile From time to time, there are files which we need to add to an employee's records such as their probationary or regularization contract, documents relating to changes in salary or job title, their employment records,and a number of otger things concerning their work. With Sprout HR, you can easily upload these in the employee profile. Herw's how:   1\. Make sure you have a scanned copy of the file/s you need to upload.   2\. Scroll down and click on the Documents tab, then click Select Files from under it.
