Each announcement in the list should be clickable and should expand with the complete details.
Step 1: Navigate to the Announcement page.
Step 2: Click anywhere on the row of the Announcement you want to view. A modal will pop up displaying the summary.
Step 3: Click on either the “Back” or “x” button to close the pop-up.
