Is there a way to limit the access to Sprout HR URL?

As we are all for the security of our employees' data and credentials, of course, you want to limit their access to your office premises. 

Good news! This is already possible with Sprout HR Web, Mobile, Payroll (SSO on), and Ecosystem. Here's what you have to do. 

You only need to send us a Change Request Form and indicate the following so we can process it:

  • Sprout HR/Payroll/Ecosystem URL
  • List of IP Addresses where you want the system to be accessed

Important Reminder:

Enabling IP whitelisting may affect biometric device integrations if the device connects to Sprout HR using an IP address that is not included in the approved whitelist. In such cases, attendance logs may fail to sync from the device to Sprout HR.

Before requesting IP whitelisting, please ensure that all IP addresses used by your biometric devices are identified and included in the whitelist to prevent any interruption in attendance synchronization.
