Using the bulk template when uploading the overtime of multiple employees is helpful. Once uploaded, it will be considered pre-approved overtime which means approvers do not need to approve the employees' overtime per application.
In this article, we will show you which are the appropriate users who can upload the template and which employees they have access to upload based on the dashboard type and employee viewing. The Employe Viewing is used to determine which employees will appear in each dashboard type. This can be configured in the Access Level.

For Manager/Admin Dashboard
- For Specific Employee Level, if the Employee Type is Officer and the Employee Viewing is:
(1) Rank and File only - the Manager will not be able to upload the template for the same/different company
(2) Up to Manager - the Manager will not be able to upload the template for the same/different company - If there is no Employee type assigned, this is considered as Rank and File.
