Your performance review results hold valuable insights into your growth, strengths, and areas for development — but finding them shouldn't be a challenge.
This guide walks you through exactly how to access your review results in Peoplebox, so you can quickly view your feedback, ratings, and manager comments whenever you need them. Whether you're checking in after a recent review cycle or revisiting past results, follow the steps below to get there in just a few clicks.
Note that you will be able to view your review results only after the review PDF has been released to you. Until the PDF is released, the submitted reviews will not be visible.
Additionally, the View Results option on the home page will disappear 30 days after the review PDF is released. If the review cycle is closed, the home page View Results option will also no longer be visible. In both cases, the only way to access your review results is by downloading the review PDF from the Reviews module.
