[Setup](https://guide.sprout.ph/perform-pro?hsLang=en#setup) # Perform Pro Single Sign-On (SSO) Setup Guide ### **Overview** Single Sign-On (SSO) allows employees to access Perform Pro using their existing Sprout credentials, eliminating the need for separate usernames and passwords. This integration uses the SAML protocol to authenticate users securely between Sprout and Perform Pro. ### **Benefits** - One set of credentials for both platforms - Improved security and user experience - Reduced password management overhead - Centralized authentication through Sprout --- **Prerequisites** Before starting the setup, ensure the following: - Active Perform Pro account - Company Admin access in Perform Pro - Assigned Sprout representative - Ability to receive and upload a metadata XML file --- **Configuration StepsStep 1: Open Settings** From the Perform Pro homepage: 1. Click your profile icon. 2. In the Settings panel, scroll to the **Workspace** section. 2. Navigate to **Identity Provider Details** 2. Click **Upload Identity Provider Metadata XML** 3. Select **Upload Metadata** 4. Choose the XML file 5. Locate the **Enable SSO** toggle. 2. Switch the toggle ON.
