For first-time users of Perfomance+, the Terms and Conditions will appear when you click the Evaluate Core Values in the Performance Evaluation tab. See the sample below:
The user may see the entire Terms of Service when you click the hyperlink Terms of Service. After the user confirms that they read and understood the Terms of Service, this should no longer appear on your next login.
