ReadyCash Error: “Loan process has encountered a system error”
This error occurs when an employee attempts to apply for a ReadyCash loan by clicking the “Get Cash” button in the ReadyCash widget. The issue typically appears while loading the Amount Selection page, preventing the loan application from proceeding.
The error message typically states: "Loan process has encountered a system error."

Troubleshooting Steps
Advise the user to perform the following:
1. Clear Cache and App/Browser Data
This helps remove temporary files that may be causing the issue.
- For Mobile App / Microsoft Edge:

2. Retry Loan Application via Web or Mobile
After clearing the cache, ask the user to:
- Log in again
- Go back to the ReadyCash widget
- Click “Get Cash” and retry the application
