Request for Collection Receipt – CAS & BIR Compliance

As of March 3, 2025, Sprout operates under a Computerized Accounting System (CAS). This ensures that all invoices and collection receipts are official and compliant with BIR regulations.

Invoices

  • All invoices are issued through NetSuite upon contract initiation.

  • They are valid for tax reporting and can be used for BIR submissions.

Collection Receipts

  • Collection receipts are issued after bank validation of your payment.

  • These receipts serve as official proof of payment and are BIR-compliant.

Tip: Keep both your invoice and collection receipt for accounting and tax purposes.
