Sprout Billings: Employee Subscription Charges Explained

1. What is the basis for subscription billing?

Subscription billing in Sprout is calculated based on the total number of registered employees in the HR account, excluding resigned or terminated employees, regardless of whether the client is actively using the software.

⚠️ If there is a discrepancy in the number of registered users between Sprout HR and your records, billing will be based on the higher count.

2. Can you provide the names of billed employees?

To ensure data privacy and confidentiality, Sprout does not provide employee names. However, we can share Employee IDs.
