Sprout Billings: What Happens if Payment is Delayed?
If a payment is not made by the invoice due date, a late payment charge of 4% per month will be applied. This charge begins accruing on the first day after the due date and continues until full payment is received.
Late payments can affect your account status and may delay access to Sprout services. To avoid additional charges and ensure uninterrupted service, we encourage clients to settle invoices promptly.
📌 Tip: To help with timely processing, you can use any of our online payment channels or bank transfers. Once payment is made, don’t forget to send your proof of payment to billings@sprout.ph for validation.
