1. Go to Settings.
2. Click on the ‘Users’ menu. On Users page, Search for the user then Click ‘Edit’ button.
3. Click change password on User edit page.
4. We have two options, admin could select the proper option:
Option 1: The admin can manually change the password to a new one and copy the new password.
Option 2: The admin can select the ‘Regenerate password’ icon, then select ‘show password’ and copy the new password.
5. Copy the new password then click ‘Save’.
The password change/update step has been completed. If you would like to send a TaBS invitation email with the updated password for a new user, please follow the steps below.
6. Go back to the recently updated user by click on Edit button.
7. Click the action icon and select ‘send email with access token’.
8. Paste the new password as a sample below. Then click send email.
