1.) Go to ‘Settings’. Click on the ‘Users’ menu, then search the name. Choose the desired user account to deactivate.
2.) Click the ‘Edit’ button in the top-right corner.
3.) On status field. Select ‘Inactive’ then click reassign.
4.) Select check box ‘reassign’ then choose other user who will take responsible for this. Then click save.
5.) Click save again.
6.) After save the changed. The result is show status in inactive.
