[FAQs](https://guide.sprout.ph/sprout-keeper?hsLang=en#faqs) # Sprout Keeper PH: How to update legal entity by existing data in Sprout Keeper In the case of change the information of a legal entity (such as change name of legal entity), it can be divided into 3 parts: 1\. Modifying the information of the legal entity. 2\. Updating the legal entity’s information within departments. 3\. Updating job types to align with the legal entity details. For detail instruction are provided as per below. Part One: Modifying the information of the legal entity. 1.) Go to ‘Settings’. Click on the ‘Legal Entities’ menu.
