Temperature Monitoring: How to Export Temperature Logs

Now that we know how Temperature Monitoring works, we will discuss how to export the temperature logs.

Exporting Temperature Logs

1. Click Export Logs.

2. Select Date From and Date To using the date pickers. The date range has a limit of up to 31 days.

3. Specify the Company using the drop-down list.

  1. Select Location.

  1. Click Export.

The temperature readings within the specified date range are generated in an Excel Spreadsheet.

The exported spreadsheet contains this information:

Definition

Date

Shows the temperature reading date

Employee ID

Shows the employee ID

Full Name

Shows employee name in the format last name, first name

Company

Shows the employee current company

Department

Shows the employee current department

Location

Shows the employee current location

Time

Shows the time when is the temperature is captured

Temperature

Shows the employee’s temperature reading upon a biometric time in

Modified by

Shows the name of the admin who modified the temperature log

Reason

Reflects the text included in the Notes field when the temperature log was modified
