The enhanced Alphalist report is now readily available within the system and can be conveniently downloaded by navigating to Reports > BIR > Alphalist.
The new version will now reflect two schedules:
Schedule 1 (formerly Schedules 7.1, 7.3 & 7.4)
- Alphabetical List of Employees (All Non-MWE Active, With Previous Employer and Resigned or Terminated Employees)
Schedule 2 (formerly Schedule 7.5)
- This is the Alphalist of Minimum Wage Earners
DAT File
- Ready to upload file in the Validation Tool of BIR using the format specified on their requirements.
Note: All generated files are required to be submitted online, including the generated DAT file with attachments (schedules) to esubmission@bir.gov.ph. The employer will then receive an email regarding the status of the aforementioned submitted files.
