Sidekick: Viewing Filed Tickets
This guide will walk you through how to effortlessly monitor, filter, and manage your submitted tickets, ensuring you stay informed on the progress of your requests every step of the way. Let's dive into how you can make the most of your support dashboard.
1. Click the Tickets button in the chat box. A badge will show the number of tickets you have.

2. Check the status of your tickets. Each ticket is labeled with one of the following:

- Open — your ticket has been received and is waiting to be acted on
- In Progress — your HR admin is currently working on it
- Closed — your concern has been resolved

3. Click on a ticket to view its full details, including the subject, description, attachments, and the conversation history automatically shared with your admin.
